Inspired by her father who worked his way up the corporate ladder despite impossible odds, Caroline began working in sales from the tender age of 16, taking on various part-time sales jobs while she was still in high school. Caroline models her sales approach after the industry’s best – and then takes it a notch higher with value-added insights and superior product knowledge.

Caroline believes that excellence and professional success should never come at the price of humility. No matter how successful, one should always be willing to listen, admit that he or she does not always have all the answers, and be willing to learn and improve further. Caroline is a proud mother of two and when not at work, she enjoys spending quality time and bonding with her family.
