A seasoned and dedicated compliance professional, Henry brings to the management team a wealth of compliance work experiences spanning more than 16 years with some of Singapore’s top financial institutions including AIA Ltd, Manulife (Singapore), UOB Ltd, Citibank and Tokio Marine. Prior to joining PFPFA, Henry was operating as the Head of Compliance at Tokio Marine.

Henry is a firm believer that knowledge gained is meant to be shared freely and generously. Henry credits his progress and success to the following work ethics: 1) Having ownership and accountability; 2) Doing what it takes to get the job done; and 3) Being part of the solution and not the problem. For relaxation, Henry enjoys long walks and playing tennis.
