By registering or taking part in this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of PFPFA Pte Ltd (“PFPFA”) in relation to and in connection with this Giveaway. 

1. To be eligible for the Giveaway, participants must be Singapore Citizens, Singapore permanent resident or Singapore resident (with a valid employment pass or work permit) and must be currently residing in Singapore and over 21 years of age (at point of registration).
2. PFPFA reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute any of the gift(s) with any other item of a similar value.
3. There will be five hundred (500) Giveaway items in total. The members receiving the Giveaway items (“eligible members”) will be selected based on first come-first-serve basis upon successful registration of the PFPConnect app. One gift per eligible member only.
4. Only new members who register for a PFPConnect account from 18 August 2022 onwards will be eligible for the Giveaway.
5. The Giveaway period: 18 August 2022 – 17 September 2022.
6. Eligible members shall be notified by a representative of PFPFA within 2 weeks from the end of the Giveaway period via the contact information used to register for the PFPConnect app. The date(s), time(s) and venue(s) of gift collection will be made known to the eligible members in the notification email.
7. All gifts must be claimed within 2 months, from the date of notification, by the eligible members in person. If the gifts remain unclaimed after 2 months from the date of notification, they will be forfeited absolutely. No payment or compensation will be given for any gifts that are forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture.
8. Eligible members agree to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of PFPFA relating to the Giveaway and without prejudice to and in addition to the Marketing Consent (if any) given, hereby expressly agree that PFPFA may publicize their names, and/or their images in such mode and manner as PFPFA deems fit.
9. Gifts are not transferable, or exchangeable for cash, credits or any other items or otherwise, either partially or wholly.
10. Gifts are issued by third party merchants. PFPFA makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, merchantability, or fitness of purpose of the merchant’s goods and services with respect to the Giveaway items. PFPFA will not be responsible or held liable for any loss of, damage to or defects in any gift items, or for any loss, injury, or harm to any person in connection with redeeming or using the gift items.
11. PFPFA reserves the right to use the information provided by members for this Giveaway. In the event that PFPFA is unable to contact any members for the Giveaway, PFPFA reserves the sole right (without liability whatsoever) to award the gift to the next eligible member.
