Leader MessageCEO Message 2023 For H2 – Recalibrating For 2nd Half Of The Year, We Can Do It!

As we enter the second half of the year, I am taking a step back and reflect on what we have achieved for the first half of the year, and all the events and activities that were held.

First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for believing in us, and voting for us through the Expat Living’s Readers’ Choice Awards 2023. We are extremely excited to announce that PFPFA has emerged as the Gold winner under “Best Financial Planning” category, and Bronze winner under “Best Insurance Provider” category! I am proud to be working with an amazing team who constantly and collaboratively drives the mission of the company, and with great passion to serve the community. We will continue to do our best to serve you better!

And to do even better, we know that we need to hear the voices of our customers and hence, we conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey in April.  We are happy to share the results with you in this issue.

And in the second quarter of the year, we had our first post-pandemic incentive trip to Osaka for our associates who achieved stellar results for FY2022, as well as our Annual Awards to recognise our achievers. At PFPFA, we believe the journey itself is a reward because at the end of the day, happy returning customers would be our best KPI. We will continue to provide and enhance our rewards and recognition system, and provide an encouraging and positive workplace culture for our representatives.
