At PFPFA, we believe in the power of giving and making a difference in the lives of those who need it most. Last November, we launched our very first Bags of Joy campaign—a heartfelt initiative designed to spread festive cheer and bring smiles to children and families facing financial challenges. With the spirit of generosity at its core, this campaign allowed us to come together as a community to uplift those in need during the festive season.
In collaboration with The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund, the Bags of Joy campaign aimed to provide essential items and small festive treats to children from low-income families, ensuring that they, too, could experience the warmth and joy of the season. Each goodie bag, valued at $100, was made possible through the generosity of our donors. With their support, we successfully assembled and distributed 300 goodie bags, bringing comfort and joy to families in need.
This initiative was about fostering a culture of care and support, and the overwhelming response and participation from PFPFA’s Staff, Wealth Associates and their clients reaffirmed the strength of our shared values and commitment to giving back. Seeing the joy on the faces of the children and hearing their heartfelt gratitude was a powerful reminder of why such efforts matter.
As we reflect on the success of our inaugural Bags of Joy campaign, we are inspired to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around us. This is just the beginning—we look forward to growing this initiative and exploring new ways to uplift our community together.
Thank you to everyone who contributed; your kindness has truly made an impact.
