Whistleblowing

At PFPFA, we uphold the principles of integrity, transparency, and full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. We are committed to providing a secure and confidential avenue for individuals or organizations to voice concerns and report any suspected unethical behavior or misconduct. 

All employees, associates, and external parties including customers, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders are encouraged to come forward with any concerns regarding any unethical behavior or conduct that they genuinely and reasonably believe has occurred, is ongoing, or may happen in the future.

 

What Can Be Reported via PFPFA’s Whistleblowing Channel  

Unethical behavior or conduct may include, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • Breaches of laws, statutes, regulations or company policies: Any actions that violate local, national, or international laws and regulations or company policies. 
  • Violation of the code of conduct or fiduciary duties: Any actions that violate go against the company’s code of conduct or breach fiduciary responsibilities. 
  • Conflicts of interest: Situations where personal interests conflict with professional duties. 
  • Harassment or discrimination: Any form of harassment or discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, or other protected characteristics. 
  • Acts of fraud, bribery, corruption, theft, or money laundering: Engaging in fraudulent activities, accepting bribes, corrupt practices, theft, or money laundering. 
  • Health, safety, or environmental breaches: Violations of health, safety, or environmental regulations. 
  • Misuse of company resources: This includes using company assets for personal gain or unauthorized purposes. 
  • Insider Trading: Trading company stocks or other securities based on non-public, material information. 
  • Data privacy violations: Unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of personal or sensitive information.

Reports and related queries can be submitted via email to whistleblow@pfpgroup.sg. 

 

Information To Be Provided  

To assist in the investigation, please include as much information as possible:  

  • Nature of the incident (e.g. fraud, harassment, regulatory breach) 
  • Name of person/organization(s) involved in the incident 
  • Description of the incident, including date, time, and location of the incident(s) 
  • Names of any witnesses, if known 
  • Any other relevant information that supports your report 
  • Supporting documents, if available 

 

Confidentiality  

PFPFA is fully committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of all reports and protecting the identity of whistleblowers. We strictly prohibit any form of retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith. 

We encourage whistleblowers to provide their names and contact details to facilitate the investigation process. While anonymous reports are accepted, please be aware that our ability to conduct a thorough investigation may be limited if we are unable to follow up for additional details. Anonymous reports will only be investigated if accompanied by sufficient factual information and supporting evidence. 

All reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and investigated fairly and appropriately.
