Amanda has a wealth of experience in the financial industry, with a decade of work in both banking and tied agency, and in both front-line and back-office roles. With her experience, Amanda clearly understands the needs and expectations of clients and the organization in an increasingly challenging and competitive industry.

Amanda has several achievements over her career. In her earlier years, she was a Relationship Manager in OCBC where she was awarded OCBC Top 10 Rookie of Year 2013 and OCBC Top 3 Protection of Year 2014 in retail banking. Prior to joining PFPFA, she was a Business Development Manager at AIA Singapore, and was involved in a system enhancement project where the team designed and built digital tools for client servicing. The team was awarded Innovator of The Year – Life Insurance at the SBR Management Excellence Awards 2018.

At PFPFA, Amanda is tasked with developing and implementing strategies that meet the evolving needs of clients and the organization. By leveraging on her understanding of industry trends and organization challenges, she hopes to innovate and create meaningful changes to shape PFPFA’S future success.
