Shawn’s credentials and established presence within the ultra-high net worth (UHNW) network makes him the ideal candidate responsible for leading and developing private client business development and relationship management in the UHNW and family office space.

His two most significant career milestones are his employment with Charles Monat Associates Pte Ltd where he spent 9 years rising from the rank of Vice President to Managing Director, and Manulife Singapore where he spent almost 25 years.

During his tenure as Managing Director at Charles Monat Associates, Shawn led market expansions into emerging markets in the Middle East and Switzerland. He also worked with wealth planners, private bankers, external asset managers, family offices and international insurers to offer solutions, while managing a diverse portfolio of UHNW across the Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan) and Africa. 

Prior to joining PFPFA, Shawn was serving as Head WP Insurance Provider Management at Bank Julius Baer.  

In his free time, Shawn enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with his family.
