As Managing Director of Transformation & Growth, William is responsible for driving growth and change within the PFPFA ecosystem.

With over 17 years of experience, William has valuable accomplishments spanning across both Corporate and Individual distribution. He was pivotal in improving the A&H business, played a critical role in transforming the Agency Corporate Business before his most recent role in improving Agencies’ business productivity.

Before joining PFPFA, other accomplishments under his belt include heading a department at the young age of 28, as well as being nominated Leader of the Year for 2019 at AIA Singapore. More notably, he prides himself in having supported over 5,000 Financial Services Consultants in driving Employee Benefits; and collectively alongside a high performance team, managing more than 10,000 Corporate policies and enhancing the value for companies by introducing employee engagement activities.

Whether it be personal or professional, William believes that doing anything and everything with compassion will give a clear direction toward success. Outside of work, you can find him cycling or travelling as a way to relax and destress.
