With Simon at the helm of Partnership & Distribution Operations at PFPFA, he will be responsible for driving the performance of the company’s distribution network, ensuring alignment of strategies across channels, and developing new partnerships to accelerate growth. 

Prior to joining PFPFA, Simon held various senior positions with AIA Singapore where he was Tied Distribution Head of Strategy and Head of Tampines (AIA). He played a vital role in enhancing partnership distribution and was instrumental in building a high performing work culture, delivering a strong multi-distribution business, and developing a strong leadership team.

Amongst all, Simon is a seasoned insurance practitioner and brings with him decades of experience in progressive leadership roles across various core disciplines. With a career spanning more than two decades in the financial services industry, Simon holds a successful track record in impacting over hundreds of agency leaders and have helped them progress in more ways than one. Prior to joining AIA Singapore, Simon held a number of senior agency management positions in Prudential and Manulife Singapore.
