“Throughout my leadership journey I have learnt how to better serve others and genuinely support their career advancement and overall engagement at work. As a mentor, I hope to offer the necessary guidance to prepare them for establishing their own legacy and inspiring others in the future.”

Eileen has been leading and grooming advisors for 14 years prior to joining PFPFA. She enjoys working with her team, and believes in a culture where resources are shared for more efficient systems to benefit both clients and advisors. Being highly passionate about grooming the next generation of leaders, she often spends time with new advisors as she strives to help her people grow and excel in their careers.

As a high achiever and the Chief Distribution Operation Officer, Eileen believes that “Self-belief and hardwork will always earn you success”. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring new hangouts, engaging in outdoor activities such as cycling, jogging and picnic with her family.
