With Florence leading Corporate Development at PFPFA, she will be overseeing the growth of our direct sales channel and guiding the Private Wealth Directors, ensuring strategic alignment across all areas to drive performance and accelerate business growth.

Before joining PFPFA, Florence had an outstanding career at Prudential Singapore, where she held several key leadership positions. Starting as a Financial Services Consultant, she quickly rose through the ranks, taking on roles such as Cluster Head and eventually Head of Distribution. Her leadership was pivotal in achieving the highest growth and most MDRT members in her cluster, further showcasing her ability to build and lead high-performing teams. In 2023, she was appointed to build up the Prudential FA team, where she successfully spearheaded recruitment and business growth strategies.
